#HeatOfJuly Today is my last day of US vacation 😭😭😭😭I‘ve been crying #waterfalls of tears (HATE goodbyes!!!!) and im trying to cram 37 books into my carry-on bag 🙄😬 hubby is ON EDGE @GlassAsDiamonds it‘s NOT looking pretty

BarbaraBB 37 books! My bf would go crazy! I have the same discussion each year about this; he says I should get a Kindle and I keep saying no way. And then he tells me the exact extra weight due to my books... so tiring 😂😂 6y

TheSpineView Travel safe.✈ FYI security will open your carry on and thumb through each book. Happened to me before. The TSA screener said it is because of the density. 🤪 6y

alisiakae There is no weight limit for carry on bags, as long as you can fit it in an appropriately-sized bag! 😃😍 Safe travels! 6y
Cinfhen Nope!!! NOT TRUE anymore at least on international flights... they will randomly weigh your carry on & then they will gleefully charge u $100 as an extra piece of luggage @4thhouseontheleft 🤬I speak from experience😬 6y

LeahBergen Try to make your carry on look weightless when you walk up to check in (and then slump and groan when you‘re out of sight). I speak from experience. 😂 6y

alisiakae Wow, I have never had that happen on an international flight, and we PACK our carry-ons, since we try to never have to check a bag! Maybe Charlotte is just a more lax airport? 6y
alisiakae Just checked TSA, it varies by airline. Remind me not to fly your airline (what is it?) 😜 we almost always fly American, since we live by their hub. 6y

ElishaLovesBooks I am loving this-hope you and the books made it home safe!! I have the worst luck with these things- when I was flying back from NY I was the only one of my friends that had to check my carry-on! Because it looked so stuffed! 6y

GlassAsDiamonds 😱😱😱😱 I missed this!! (Notifications we‘re off..? Litsy having issues?). How on earth do you make it with soft bags??? (Squish down duffles are my emergency over bags only 😂😂😂) So glad you managed to get them all home!!!! QANTAS has a nasty habit of weighing but if the attendant is feeling nice, just make you pay for a plastic bag to get each under the weight limit... (& apples - My Australian brain is screaming 😂😊😂) 6y

Poor girl in the isle seat had to help & I could see her thinking “this bag is going to kill me if that locker opens in flight”...🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️). 6y
