Well just as my visit with my family in Wisconsin is coming to a close, I hurt my back. Luckily there's a great chiropractor here that has been able to help me, but I'm so sore it's hard to even walk. Unfortunately this all from a previous injury of a pinched nerve and extended hip. Hopefully when I get home and see my regular chiropractor I'll feel better!

It's like 200 degrees outside today, so no running. Decided to return to a tried and tested success, Blogilates. I am now dead. My arms are shaking. Did half the Leg-work out and what I could (due to evil wrist) of the "Arms and Back" of the 28-Day Sculpt and it was just as heart rate-rising as running tbh. My poor triceps are /dying/ Bless Aila for the snuggles tbh. #bfc

Note to self: don't try and DIY with thumbtacks because you will puncture your finger and bleed everywhere 😓😓😓
