My first Wild Book Box book… looks interesting!
My first Wild Book Box book… looks interesting!
I have been moving towards audio books. My son keeps me busy lol This was really good. It jumps from different perspectives which I like. My only complaint that I could see it getting wordy if actually read BUT I got wrapped up in the story.
“...emerging on the ramparts overlooking Macedon, Philip‘s kingdom—the kingdom that will one day belong to Alex—where they pause, leaning on a low wall.”
I had a lot of fun with Alex and his friends. Scandal, violence, romance, and some fantastical elements—they definitely kept me entertained.
#BackpackEurope: Macedonia ✔️
Now, I‘m off to Macedonia to visit with Alexander the Great.

Ready to relax and start this book with my Bombay. 🍾🍾
First of all, I love historical fiction! So I loved this book. I enjoyed the whole cast of characters built around Alexander and watching this story unfold. I love all the mythology and magic involved (of course appropriate for the setting.) The chapters jumping from one character‘s perspective to another made it interesting and fun to read. My only setback was that it was pretty wordy and long, but still definitely worth reading! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good morning Litsy, it's been a while - and I'm still reading #Schattenkrone 😅. I really like the story so far. 😃 Happy weekend! 💋
Currently reading 'Legacy of Kings'! I'm really intrigued by all the characters.

#Nextread: Schattenkrone by Eleanor Herman. Soo excited! 😇🖤
Considering all the war he started and the empire he built, Alexander the Great must have wanted the title #KingOfTheWorld. #Characters2017
Staying ambitious for June. I'm excited to read all (or any) of these. #JuneTBR #SplashIntoSummerReads #JuneMostAnticipated #JuneBookBugs
I am very happy to say I took this picture weeks ago and when I look out my window it's cold and rainy but hardly any snow. 😁

Not only am I a huge history buff where the Greeks and Romans are involved, but I'm also a sucker for a good fantasy/adventure novel. Historically accurate, and a good plot line? I'm sold. Cannot wait to read the sequel! ☀️☀️☀️☀️🌤

Can't wait to start this..free giveaway winnings!!!
Sadly, I've tried this book twice now and I couldn't make it past 31%. I really wanted to like it, but too many connected love triangles and such. Not for me.
I really enjoyed this book. It starts off kinda slow but develops into a great story. I can't wait for the second book!
