Started this book as part of #bigjunereadathon its was a good but the last 2 chapters were awful and too opinionated, I wanted too heart about what the woman had done but she just went on and on otherwise a good book.

I bought this book spontaneously yesterday and I enjoyed it. It offers a quick overview of the lives of 21 influential women, while not running away from necessary criticism. I especially liked the chapters where the author could draw from her own experiences through her meetings with these women.

Interesting read. I particularly enjoyed the chapters about women I didn‘t know much about like Anna Politkovskaya. It‘s one of those books that adds to your TBR pile as there are several women in here who I‘d like to learn more about 😄 3.5 ⭐️
