TieDyeDude @JenlovesJT47 Lon Chaney was a gift from @jdiehr . It was good. The author mentions up front that Chaney was very private, so details were embellished. It'd be interesting to learn how much, but it also included fun synopses for his movies, and the illustrations were well done. 1mo

1. The Hunger- a retelling of what happened to the Donnor party.
2. The Shining Girls- this paranormal thriller still makes me think about it. Really unique storyline.
3. Infidel- one of the creepiest graphic novels I've ever read!
4. My Soul to Keep- horror and African folklore create an engrossing story.

Excellent horror graphic novel about a haunted building that also delivers a much needed lesson on racial issues towards Muslims in our society.

The artwork in this is extremely well done and nightmare inducing.💀

I‘m not usually a fan of graphic novels but this was excellent. Interesting take and entertaining to see how these monsters and ghosts feed off racism and hate and how only the POC seem to be able to see them. Even if you aren‘t a comic fan, the story is hard hitting and leaves you thinking
