I don't really know how to describe this book, but I enjoyed reading it. It wasn't stream of consciousness, but it sort of felt that way. It was a quick read, and I'm glad I picked it for #FoodAndLit #Norway. I'll be cooking the pictured food later in the month: sodd (meat soup) and lefse (flatbread). @Butterfinger @Texreader
I loved this novel. The simplicity in tone and language are a great reflection of the narrators need to simplify his life. 9/10

Just not sure about this one. I get the point of it, but I didn‘t really connect with it. Mostly the m/c reminded me of a cross between the kid from perks of being a wallflower and catcher in the rye (I know.. that‘s weird.) I liked the ending enough, but was hoping for more.
My library stack was starting to look under control.. so I‘m bringing home these goodies from work.
Thanks so much for tagging me, @Kristy_K
