Finishing up my book today and getting a good start on the reading program at our library. #SummerReadingProgram
finally posting my review of @TsundokuAleax 's #lmpbc pick for this round! Soul of Stars was a great way to cap off this duology. Swashbuckling romantic space opera with drama and comedy. Like classic Star Wars but with more diverse characters. Loved the way the series ended. We give two thumbs and two paws up for this one, though Neville Longpaws is rating its potential as a pillow and I am rating based on the contents within. @Schlinkles
pickThe character arcs that our main four went through was wonderful. None of the main characters got out unscathed but they learned so much along the way. Not to knock Ana but I still found the chapters from the boys to be far more interesting to read. These kids are beautifully complex and I love them for it. There is one major question unanswered and I have feeling about that. #lmpbc @Schlinkles @bookandcat
pickBook two of Anastasia In Space. Predictable twists but still fun. I am pretty into all these YA in space AUs.
I think the author really hit her stride in the second book of this duology. I found it a lot funnier (and more emotional) and while I thought book 1 moved fast I felt like things moved smoother in book 2. It also got me more invested in the relationship between Jax and Robb, book 1 I was not feeling it but I also don‘t like the insta-love trope either. Book 2 I could tell they worked to be where they were at now and I loved it.

I loved this book…and the first! Can that be my whole review? I loved Heart of Iron and Soul of Stars is just as good. Jax and Robb and Ana and Di and and and, so many cinnamon roles and such a great story. Please say there could be a book 3.
#82 of my year. I have been looking forward to reading this one for over a year since I read Heart of Iron. I absolutely loved that story. I can‘t wait to revisit these characters 🥰🥰🥰
Finally got my hands on the second part of this duology and I'm super stoked! Anyone else a fan of this series? It has adventure, secrets, robot romance, lots of twists, and some great lgbt representation! I looooove the first book and can't wait to read the second! 📚💕
This is the Sequel to Heart of Iron. I believe it was HoI that had all the crazy typos (at least in the owlcrate edition). Hopefully this one got edited a bit better.
