Photos 2 & 3 - I‘m sharing this book I‘ve had on my Kindle since 2014. I‘ve never watched Golden Girls or Murder She Wrote so I don‘t know if I‘m going to like this book but it sounds good.

Today, I‘m sharing unread ebooks on my Kindle. All of these books are murder mysteries.
pickI was struggling with the #bakedgoodsoncover prompt for #booked2021 so I did a search for various baking terms on a few apps. I found this on Scribd and, to be honest, I only picked it because it was short!
I‘ve never read / listened to a ‘cozy‘ before but, once I got over the level of saccharine sweetness I actually really enjoyed it. A great palate cleanser between some more serious books, and a good companion whilst #audiocooking.
pickThis is a light and fluffy mystery. There are some details that when thought on gave me pause, such as Lexy choosing to wear stilettos while working in her bakery. However, I‘m good at suspending my disbelief so this story was entertaining to me. 🧁

The book mentioned and the book on the picture are not the same but I couldn't find the one I have on this app. Point is I spent the night baking coffee cupcakes now that I have the whole house by myself for a couple days. Not gonna lie, they turned up a little dry.... Not the best baker, But good enough I think 🍰☕️ (ps: is there a cupcake emoji?)
Fairycakes in Buffalo, NY is the best!!' Pictured are two lemon cupcakes with strawberry frosting and one Oatmeal cookie. Drinking homemade strawberry lemonade. It was ALL amazing!!!
15 pages in and there is a lot of characters that are a little too perfect to be believable. And all that pink.
