Tgis was a #blameitonlitsy from @kspenmoll - I read it in one sitting - just what I was looking for! A locked room Christie-esque Christmas semi-cozy murder mystery that I blazed through in order to figure out whodunit.

#rexgravesmystery #1 #serieslove2024 #readyourkindle #auldlangspine This is an Agatha Christie-like “locked room”scenario. Visitors to an Inn are snowed in for a few days over the Christmas holiday. The ending was a surprise to me-a quick & easy read.

Started one book early (tagged) cause of itsChristmas them. Looking forward to your reads @Born.A.Reader love your list!

Born.A.Reader I would LOVE to live in a house with that much history! Has it been in your family since then? 6d
kspenmoll @Born.A.Reader No, we bought it & are the 5th family to live here.Interesting history to it though. Basically it was built as a home for a son of a family whose big house is across the street from ours, totally restored now. He was in a sledding accident & confined to wheel chair. A woman who cared for him lived in a small upstairs area.we have two doors off our front porch, one that enters (edited) 6d
kspenmoll At the stairs to go up to what were her quarters, another goes straight into the living room. Upstairs was a tiny kitchen which is now a half bath. A kitchen was later added on at the other end of the house. (edited) 6d

Fun and quick mystery. I really enjoyed the main character that we follow and the “cosyness” of the setting and setup of the story reminded me of an Agatha Christie novel. I‘m not sure that I really bought into the ending but it was still fun and entertaining to read and try to piece the clues together. #merryreaders #wintergames2020 @Clwojick

1. I‘m looking forward to reading the tagged book.
2. Don‘t really need or want anything for Christmas but usually my family will get me an Amazon gift card that I use all year long to buy books or little things that I might need.

My Christmas-y holds are starting to come in at the library 📚🎄🔪🎄📚 Season‘s readings, I suppose!

Ireadkidlit This made me smile. Yesterday at the library I shelved holds for a lot of my shift, and most of the media—dvds, books and kits—were Christmas-y or winter-themed. I thought of you Littens 😄 5y
