The fourth book in the MEG series. The action cuts back and forth between the aquarium at the Tanaka Institute in California, and a newly created aquarium in Dubai. The action was nonstop and presented in an easy to read format. I felt I was learning about ancient sea creatures in a fun way. The storyline set at the Tanaka Institute became a little repetitive, but the one set in Dubai was pure fun. I enjoyed reading this.

TEArificbooks This was my favorite of the series. I think it would make a good a sequel to the movie. 3y
wanderinglynn Great photo! 3y
Bklover I‘ve only read the first one. Need to try another! 3y
dragondrool Now I'm trying to remember if I've read this one. I know I read the first three for sure. I think I read this one. Who knows.

Reading this. 4th book in The Meg series. I honestly didn't think I would get as hooked. But now almost at the finish I don't want it to end

1. The Hobbit or Marvel's Annihilation series.
2. Spend time with the family, and hopefully read more Mistborn.
3. MEG: Hell's Aquarium. I can't help it, I love me some giant killer sharks.
4. Double jointed shoulders, elbows, and thumbs.
5. Will do! ✋

Another Meg book down, and one to go. I love this giant killer shark series! I really wish they would have made the movie more like the book. It could have been a fun movie series. On to MEG: Nightstalkers! Audio cleaning with killer sharks is pretty great.

slategreyskies Audio cleaning with killer sharks!? That‘s hilarious! 😂 6y

Two #bookishtees to accompany the fourth installment of the Meg series! I remember reading this for the first time on a road trip on my way to a wedding- but hadn‘t actually remembered much of the plot so this felt like reading it for the first time! More #shark fun and a cliffhanger of an ending makes me thankful I have the next two books all set to read!! #ReadingResolutions @Jess7

5/5 🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙
Y‘all I need a hug after this one!! I love/hated how it ended and I was on the edge of my seat for most of this book! Yes it‘s a shark book and you know people are going to get eaten but this book still sent me for a loop! Starting book 5 (the last 😢) now!!

CoverToCoverGirl 🤗🤗 I‘m waiting for Meg to come in Audio from the library.. this is entirely due to your enthusiasm in your reviews because I wouldn‘t normally even think about taking on a book based on this subject matter... so it‘s definitely another #BlameItOnLitsy happening! 😳😍 7y

Scurvygirl I am all for sharks eating humans, there are just way too many of us! Go Meg! 🦈 7y

Seekingtardis @CoverToCoverGirl aww thanks!! It‘s not a series I would normally read but the movie trailer had me like “woooaahhh” so I had to check it out and it‘s so good! His writing is excellent and he explains all the science things going on and I just fell in love! Hopefully you will too! 7y
amywithbooks There are actually three books with those characters before this book but I didn‘t read those and didn‘t think I was missing anything important. The other two in this trilogy are The Bone Tree and Mississippi Blood. 7y
Seekingtardis @Scurvygirl I‘m pretty much 98% okay with all the people they have eaten! 😂 7y
Seekingtardis @avgeyer I don‘t think this is the same series you are thinking of. This series has 5 books with the first just being called Meg. 7y
amywithbooks @Seekingtardis oh man I am so sleep deprived thanks to my 6 week old that I commented on the wrong post!! 😂😂 7y
Seekingtardis @avgeyer no worries!! I fully understand!! 😍 7y
Seekingtardis @avgeyer I gotta say thank you because I was looking at the authors page to see if goodreads had missed something, and found out that he does have another series that has a couple characters from this series. So thank you for adding to my TBR pile! 😂😉 7y

Holidays slowed me down, but I finally finished it. I'm a sucker for these books. I keep thinking they can't stay entertaining, and I keep being wrong! This book is no different. Lots of excitement and a couple of twists. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll be starting the next one after I finish my next read.

This is my second favorite in the Meg series (after the first) what I like most about this series is that they are believable! I spend half my time while reading this book googling the names of the prehistoric creatures mentioned.
