This was a nice read and I really can imagine this as an offical Episode VII. It was lovely to read about Luke as a Master - he did well here. And Han and Leia are just such a great couple 😄

Winner for the 1st finished book of 2020! The ending snuck up on me due to an excerpt for another book being at the end. (A kindle downside.) It was much better than I expected and I will definitely be checking more books out in the series. I still hate this cover though. This is not an outfit that she would have worn, nor was it even mentioned. It is very 80's though which may have been the point for a specific targeted audience.

We saw the new Star Wars movie last night. It did not disappoint. It was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. I advise anyone wanting to miss spoilers go see it as soon as possible. A lot happens. I'm almost halfway through this book and am enjoying much more than I expected to. I do absolutely hate this cover though. I'm actually reading it on my kindle so this copy is going to a new home soon to free up a spot on my shelf.

Bookish mail! I love this company, called Out of print, but the material on this shirt is much thinner than the other shirts I have from them. I hope this isn't a new trend. I mean 30 bucks for a shirt is pricey. So it would be better if it would last more than a few months washing. I do love the company in general. This is the relaxed fit version which does fit great.

The characterization was very off and the romance was very clearly written by a man but it was very entertaining because of it so I would definitely “pick” this. I love it for all its ridiculousness

I admit this is not a book I would normally buy. And the other cover it was released in is better. But I guess I was in just the right mood because I did in fact buy it. We'll see how it turns out.

To my women and the men who support and are awesome! It is a concept painting, and I know it it probably Rey and Leia, but I like to think of Carie and Billie ❤️

Happy Valentine's Day, Litsy friends! ❤ Here's my favorite fictional couple. I loved their relationship in the old Star Wars Expanded Universe and how they supported each other fully but still traded fantastically sarcastic banter. Han and Leia forever!

BookFreakOut What's a relationship without some snark? 😉 Excellent pick! 7y
Jediash1 @BookFreakOut Yes!! Their banter is always the best. 7y

The loss of Carrie Fisher hit me hard. I fell in love with her character and Star Wars when I was 10 years old and wanted to be just like her as kid. As an adult, she was a refreshing voice on the realities of mental health issues. She was a force to be reckoned with, but also a comic relief when needed. I'm going to miss her.

I haven't read the #StarWars universe in ages, but there was a time when I binged on it. 💜This was my absolute favorite. Han Solo my favorite character- gets a lot of development and page time. #octophotochallenge @LibrarianRyan

Riveted_Reader_Melissa Looks good to me! 8y
Abby-J I love Leia's 80's-rific wedding dress on the cover. 8y
