I'm realizing that I uh...I should probably finish more books that are on my Currently Reading list instead of continually starting on new books & adding more to the Currently Reading pile 😅

Beautiful and sad and hopeful and everything Star Wars is to me. I was deeply moved and touched by it and now of course wonder where it'll go. I'd love to stay with the characters longer, get to know them better. Honestly, I don't want to say goodbye. And also - Ember ❤ ❤

BookwormAHN I've gotten really attached to some of these characters. I hope they make some more books with them 🧡 6d

Still working on catching up on #StarWarsBuddyRead...

I really liked this installment on Obi-Wan during his Padawan years. It provided some insight into his struggles with the Force and his place in the universe. Although a YA title it hit on some deeper issues of loss, grief and purpose.

@BookwormAHN

BookwormAHN I enjoyed this one too 🩵 2w

Listened to the audiobook...the narration was good and I liked seeing more of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan in action together. But overall, the plot was pretty simple, I wasn't too attached to any of the side characters, and this felt like....a pretty basic Star Wars book compared to others.

I've enjoyed two of James Luceno's other Star Wars works far more. Decent, but not a must-read.

TieDyeDude I feel like I read this when it came out, but I wasn't tracking my reading as much back then. Catalyst is definitely my favorite of his Star Wars books. 3w
RoyallyReading @TieDyeDude I really liked Catalyst. Rogue One is one of my favorite entries of the films, so Catalyst did a lot of good things for me 😊 I think that's partly why I wasn't as keen on Cloak on Deception, comparatively. 1w

This was good. Imri and his padawan Tet Tet go off to investigate the Blight. Also Churo the Hutt is back.

In September we checked in with Imri, Tep Tep and Churo the Hutt. I love them. What did y'all?
In October we conclude the High Republic with Trials of the Jedi. And I feel like I'm finally able to keep up with everyone.
As always if anyone wants to be added or removed just let me know. And May the Force Be With You Always 🚀

PuddleJumper I do like the new book covers. Legends tended to be dark so I'm enjoying the vibrant colours 3w

I find it pretty surprising that there hasn't been more Lando content, since he was the best part of Solo, and this proves that he has layers to be a solid lead character. Telling the story hinted at in ROS, Lando teams up with Luke to try to save Rey and her family (though they don't know the family's identity or significance). I'm really glad Wookiepedia exists, too, because I referenced it several times 😜
