Book 2, just as gripping. No spoilers here but safe to say I‘m soooo keen on book 3 but my library doesn‘t have it yet! Wahhhh!😩 I‘m so glad I gave these books a chance after staring at them on the shelves for years. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So much better than the 1st book. Superb characters with multiple POVs, each so rich in emotion and their thoughts. The ending was very unexpected though.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I liked the plot & pacing a lot more in this book than I did the first book. The characters continue to be very fleshed out & intriguing, even tho some of their choices/reasons can be frustrating. And Chokshi continues to use her beautiful writing style to construct realistic, magical settings.
Definitely looking forward to book 3!

if you are into historical art, adventure and mystery, then read this. I can't tell 100% if I like the book, I'm almost halfway but I still get confused.

What a beautiful and fairytale-ish followup! ❤ A perfect December read, if you ask me. The characters continue to develop and grow, secrets are revealed and this magical world grows. There are fun word fights, scenes that almost made me cry and all in all I was deeply touched by the story again. Can't wait for the next book!

Managed two more for #FallBackIntoReading - but I might need to find another book for the school theme, since my planned one just won't arrive 😠

Not as good as Gilded Wolves but still a really solid sequel! I was hoping we'd get to explore more of Russia but we didn't so that was a bit disappointing. Enjoyed the puzzles and mystery though!

I devoured this second book in the trilogy! Severin gets the gang together again, for one last treasure hunt. They're looking for a book called the The Divine Lyrics, which The Fallen House seemed to have.The hunt takes them to an impressive but creepy mansion in Russia, full of ice animals that attack as if they're real. This book absolutely did not disappoint!

Pausing Mistborn because this beauty came out today! One of my most anticipated books of the year!

Finally finished this #ARC from #NetGalley. I wasn‘t sure I liked it more than the first book in the series for the first fifty pages, but by the end I was gnawing my nails out of nerves for the characters. I truly love this YA fantasy series (Sofia and Laila are 👸🏻)

I was sure this book was already out. I have had a galley for over a year. Maybe it was delayed due to Covid. It's the sequel to the Guilded Wolves.

I know a few people waiting on this. I was lucky enough to be sent a galley. I dispose I should read book 1 since I do have it.

I will say, I‘m not impressed with the cover when compared to book one. However this is a galley so with embossing and foiling it could look amazing on the final edition. We shall see
