I adore the poetic prose of this book. We follow 4 high-school seniors through 24 hrs during their senior year in Sidney Australia. Art and imagery are thoroughly woven throughout the entire book, even in the character themselves. The themes of this book include hope, fear, pain, young love, self-limitations, and art as a metaphor. #penguinrandomhouse #australianauthor #femaleauthor #womanauthor #youngadult #2012book #graffitimoon #cathcrowley

I didn‘t hate this book, it just bored me to tears for some reason. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It felt repetitive and the characters weren‘t that interesting. One good thing is that it‘s a quick read. I loved her book Words In Deep Blue but this was a bit disappointing. Oh well! 2.5⭐️

My library was slow to get this when it came out so I bought the ebook, devoured it, then immediately bought the physical book as well. Then I went searching for more Cath Crowley.

I loved the characters: their flaws, their limitations, their art, their misunderstood history, their all-night wild goose chase.

And now finally Cath Crowley's new book has a release date! I cannot wait for more from this talented author. #recommendsday

Chachic Oh shoot, I missed recommendsday! I would totally recommend this too. I have the Aussie edition because I didn't want to wait to read it. Have you read more Aussie YA since then? 7y

#Recommendsday you say? Don't mind if I do.

An all-night treasure hunt of sorts to track down a mysterious and talented graffiti artist. I read it electronically then immediately bought a paper copy for my shelves and searched for more Cath Crowley.

Treatyoshelf Loooooved this book so hard! 8y

This book was ok. The writing style was unique with the poetic descriptions of art but I just couldn't stay engaged with the characters. I didn't like the overlapping POV's and ended up skimming pass those parts since I just read them. Maybe I just wasn't in the right state of mind to read it.

Love love love Graffiti Moon by Cath Crowley - if you haven't read it yet you must and if you have... Maybe it's time for a reread! The audio is amazing too and one of the only that I have found myself laughing while listening
