The 1st Choose Your Own Adventure!!! I loved these as a kid, but had never read this one. They are so much fun, and I‘ve already done at least 6 different endings! I will be saving this for my nephews!

I wanted to get all the physical books together for my #bookspinbingo and then thought, Oh! This works for a #weeklyforecast as well! Although it‘s probably more accurately a #monthlyforecast! 😂😂

Most of these satisfy other challenges as well, in addition to working through one of the stacks on my floor to donate to the library sale!

@Cinfhen

Cinfhen That worked out really well!!! And it‘s a good stack 💕 4y
keys_on_fire @Cinfhen thanks! Pretty eclectic 🤪📚 4y

Most reread books you say? Choose Your Own Adventure! I reread these so many times as a child they started to fall apart, and every reread was rewarded with new possibilities, new story twists, and new endings! Was I the only one who reread them until they got ever possible ending in the book? I bet not!

Suzze My kids read them and I bought a set of them for my grandson for Christmas. 7y
erzascarletbookgasm Blast from the past! OMGosh, I loved these when I was a kid! Used up all my fingers on all the pages where you need to make a decision! 💙 7y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @erzascarletbookgasm That's exactly what I did! That way if you got a bad ending you could go back to the last fork in the road and choose again! 7y

This may be more of a TBT than a FunFotoFriday, but who else remembers these! They honestly had the best endings out there, you could get any one of dozens of THE END and reread for a new ending. I LOVED these as a kid! @Liberty

Johanna414 My friends and I would bring these on road trips in college and take turns choosing. It was a fun way to revisit our childhoods! 8y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @Johanna414 you had awesome friends! 8y

MaryAnn1 My fourth grade teacher would read these aloud to our class and we would vote on which option to select. Good times 😊 8y
Ange44 I loved these! I wish I still had my old collection. 8y
ej0728 My favorite part is cracking those open and smelling that musty, loved book smell. Somethings about it just takes you home. 8y
ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled When I was about 8 years old, my brother's girlfriend worked at a bookstore and brought me crates full of these (discards). I was in heaven! 8y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled.com She was a keeper! At least for you! ;) 8y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @MaryAnn1 Second Grade was when we heard about them at school for the first time, and I was hooked! So lucky my parents loved books and they were willing to support my addiction. 8y
marie3blue There was one I read that had to do with Stonehenge that I was just obsessed with for a few weeks as a kid. 8y
