Week two was crazy for me, and I just realized I never posted my points! I only had an hour to work on the game, so I didn‘t get as many words as I had hoped. However, I made up for it with the #WGWordSearch points (19,100), bringing the total weekly points to 20,966. 🤍 Go team #MistletoeManiacs.

Erika is a surgeon that has been forced to take a vacation by her hospital. Reed is her best friend‘s brother and he works in Erika‘s Alaskan hometown of Wild River doing Search and Rescue missions. I like these two together. I like their backstories and how they reconnected as adults.

The romance is pretty saucy and what I really wanted during this time of #socialdistancing is something more Hallmark-like; some of the descriptors were too much.

I expected this to be another cheesy romantic Christmas book and while it was it was also super dirty in parts and I for one am not going to complain about that!! 😁 #impulseread #holidayread #wintergames #teamnutcracker @Bookworm54

Yeah yeah, it too early for Christmas books. But we‘re supposed to get a lovely rain/snow mix tonight, I have a cold and I‘m working tonight and missing Halloween. Having said that, I‘m actually DNF‘ing this book. 4 chapters in and I can‘t stand the heroine. I‘m pretty sure the whole story is her undergoing a transformation but clearly that‘s not what I‘m in the mood for. Also I‘ve been a bit MIA lately and I wanted to check in. 😁👍
