1. One thing I have had to do this week is unfollow certain people on social media. Sometimes just seeing a post from someone can trigger anxiety. It‘s best for me to block that from my life.
2. Breathe.

Megabooks Thank you so much!!!! 💕💕 one of the best decisions I made was to get off Facebook in 2015. I didn‘t enjoy it at all and don‘t miss it. We have to keep our online life positive, too! 4y

alisiakae @Andrea4 That‘s a great intention! Mine is to practice mindfulness, in my home, in how I eat and drink, and staying present in the moment. My 2nd intention is to try to do something creative every day: writing, coloring, zentangles, drawing, etc. 6y

Andrea4 @4thhouseontheleft awesome! Staying present is so difficult, so good for you! I'm all for being creative, actually that's probably one way to help me relax so I should probably bring out some of my colouring books too!! 6y
