Day 3 of #LitsySummerCamp
I love arts & crafts!! I have so many crafty hobbies, but the two main ones are knit/crochet and painting! Here are a few of my creations that I was able to find on my photo gallery real quick. The tagged book I got as a gift from my boyfriend last valentine's day but I have yet to try any patterns out.
@ImperfectCJ

sharread I love those socks! 3y
peanutnine @sharread thanks! They're yoga socks - so no toes or heels to deal with. I haven't attempted actual socks yet, those are harder 😂 3y

I have been awol for good reason. I finished a two year adventure making an Icelandic sweater for my husband (top right), made a ton of progress on my Slytherin scarf (forgive the errant silver stitch, it‘s better now) and ordered yarn to make my daughter the Hermione sweater (bottom right). Not so much reading this week, not for lack of effort, just other priorities 😊

My MIL gave me both these books for Christmas 🥰

I already had Charmed Knits, though, so it will go to someone in my stitch‘n‘bitch group. We‘ve been having fun lately—one of our members who had never read the HP books or seen the movies is reading them now, and she‘s been sharing her reactions with us in our group chat. 🦉

SeaToSkyes My bf got the Knitting Magic book for my birthday ☺️ 4y

I finished this Hedwig 2 days before Christmas and it went special delivery to my niece who told her dad “this is actually the real Hedwig” and my grinch heart grew. Now I‘m neck deep in house scarves but really happy with how the owl turned out!

Beautiful book, interesting patterns with clear instructions and lots of photos. Pick!

I‘m not a Harry Potter fanatic but my sister, daughter, and niece are and this book is gorgeous! I‘m going to get myself a copy, this one is overdue but I can‘t let it go. I‘m panic finishing a Hedwig for my niece for Christmas, and knitting 3 house scarves. Slytherin pictured for my sis!

One of the 7 dishcloths based on the 7 horcruxes. All finished and ready to be blocked. Used the yarn called for in the pattern, because I had some already, and it gave me an excuse to buy more. 😏

Finishing number 4 of 7 dishcloths from the tagged book while reading today's #potteraday chapter. The dishcloths each represent a horcrux. This one is Nagini, not that you can tell from the picture.

Linsy Oh my gosh, that sounds amazing!!! 5y
PurpleTulipGirl @Linsy The book is amazing! I marked at least a dozen patterns I want to knit. Including a couple gorgeous sweaters. I bought the yarn for a cowl based on the Mirror of Erised. 5y

This book is GORGEOUS. I just got it while on the way to a meeting and I had to sit there like a responsible grownup and all I wanted to do was go home so I could look at all the beautiful patterns. I already have 6 projects in progress! I need to learn to knit in my sleep!
