The top picture is me with the one plant I own, because I do not have a green thumb. I've managed to keep it alive for a year, but it hasn't really grown either. The bottom left is my roommate's succulent garden, and the one on the right is another plant she has in our backyard.

I finally went to the bookstore today! Went to get 2 books by African-American authors but ended up with 2 different ones. Took a pic of one of the horses in our bookstore—they were done by local artists & put on display around the city several yrs ago, then businesses bought them.
