⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
I was delighted by this little book about the Ravkan Saints. I didn‘t expect it to be so short! There are thirty or so stories but they‘re only a few pages each. The paintings that accompany each story are stunning.
It did bug me that some of the stories were actual hagiographies and some were stories of other people whose lives were touched by the Saints. I expected the wrong thing when it came to Alina‘s story and was confused for a bit.
This was an interesting addition to the Grishaverse. I really enjoyed getting to hear more from the saints that were mentioned throughout the book series. It added depth to the world building, giving us a clearer picture of the world as a whole.
Full of beautiful illustrations and short stories about the sometimes brief but always dramatic lives of the Saints that make up the Grisha verse.
My father is pissed cause I went to the book store ( we don't have one back home) and spent $88. I would do it again lol
A fun little look into more of the mythology that makes up the Grishaverse.
I loved all these short stories of the saints!

#MayCharacters Day 15: The lives of saints in this collection are hardly #merry - more like gory and tragic.
#MayCharacters Day 8: You have to be all sorts of #Mannerly to become a saint. Review is forthcoming.
5/5 for this book. The illustrations in this were beautiful. I loved getting to read the book that Alina read. These saints went through a lot. These stories were creepy and heart breaking. If you love the Shadow and Bone series, I recommend reading this book.
Loved this on audiobook. I‘m on a bit of a grisha kick leading up to the show so I found this to be wonderful. Great narration. Would work for anyone who is a fan of twisted fairy tales. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bk6 of April & Bk3 of #AwesomeApril is done. Really a novella at best, it‘s an anthology of stories behind the Saints in the Grishaverse series. Interesting but nothing mind blowing! #MountTBR2021 #BacklistReaderChallenge #Pageathon #PennyPerPage #BookspinBingo
