Wow! Fascinated nonfiction book about how “conservation became a movement for the protection of all species including human”.
This book made me feel angry and sad about the atrocities made in the past that put in extinction many species. Things that I was not aware, things I ignored, shame on me, because these actions put in danger these species and I admire led some of these actions in the fashion world😔⬇️

pickI'd planned to concentrate on Klune's book today, but I found myself fascinated by this audiobook instead. It is an amazing story of the conservation movement, the different fractions and theories, the struggles to save different species and the evolving understanding that every species plays a part in the overall ecology of the planet. 5 🌟
Preparing for my third of three marathons going on this weekend, good thing I'm off Saturday and Sunday.

It‘s that time again - for the divisive monthly post! I‘m not a fan of the covers with little wierd bits and pieces ... not visually appealing to me. I do like the tagged one and Libertie - I‘m feeling very traditionalist this month! 🤣

My observation with the book is that it goes back and forth in history all the time?and sometimes I was confused with names and order of events. I used a chart to trace the order of events. Also I wish it would have pictures of these species. But it was fascinated and now I want to read some books author mentioned. 4/4.5⭐️ 3mo
