My August #bookspin and #doublespin picks! I have to say, I‘m pretty excited about a pair of beach reads!
Thank you for hosting, @TheAromaofBooks 📚
Adorable YA summer romance. This was the inaugural pick for our bookshop's romance book club and we had a great time with it.
Cute summer read with references to a New England summer in Martha‘s Vineyard!
A great summer read about young love, long summer nights and finding what is most important in this life!
Definitely a summer read. Had a hard time staying interested. Too many family members. Obviously wealthy family. Summering on Martha's Vineyard. Everyone's college educated and no one is struggling to pay for school. Or the big wedding that's happening. They all get along. It's just to perfect. And I found their family game of Assain kind of creepy with their obsession to 'kill' people. 📖😎🏖
Hmmm. Not sure how I feel about a Game called Assassin? And yes it's in the Blurb but I guess I bought because #summerfeels & #coverlove ❓ It's YA Romance so probably going to be ok. But I can see this totally going Horror movie. 😱 #imsureitsfine
It may be a bit optimistic to think I can read all of these this Summer. 😉

My last two months of YA and book club reads. Definitely not reading as much as I was two years ago. #readingstats #febmar2021
I really, really, really enjoyed this. So very much. The story was....let‘s just say I laughed, I cried, and sometimes I did both at the same time. This was such a well written story and there was great balance between happy and sad and finding the happy again. All the characters were relatable, believable, and people I would want to hang out with. And the setting, oh what fun!
