Enjoyed this one more than the first. Surprise appearances and a gun adventure.

Felt like a "need to finish this in lockdown, but can't be bothered" book.

I love this new series that Hearne has created, the characters are just great, but this one is exceptionally special because it includes an emergency trip to Australia, and although that trip left me missing some characters, it included some old favorites from his previous series instead. I don‘t want to say anything to spoil anything for anyone, but there is some wonderful resolution to storylines left over from the Iron Druid series.
