you know what seperates humanity from the other beasts of this world? It's not the ability to make tools or complex language or anything else you tell yourselves. Humans are unique in all this world because they're the only creatures that can make themselves miserable. You do it by expecting to be happy. You're so busy thinking about happiness, obsessing about finding it and why it isn't where you expect it to be, that you miss the point.

panSo I listened to this book while my hubby finished his work. I was kinda eh about this book in the beginning, then it got good, then it got dumb at the end. I thought Monster‘s character would develop, but I was sadly disappointed at the end during the last chapter. Ugh such potential....
