Aaaand you know where this is going. This book is so fat positive in amazing ways, finally a book explicitly stating a fat woman isn‘t working out to lose weight, it‘s bc she wants to be active, AND THATS ALL. She can be fat, not want to lose weight & love her body. This book was super cute

Gotta love a romance in which the main character not only finds a love interest but gains self-love as well.

I loved this book! I remember hearing about it on a podcast, I just don‘t remember which one.

Britta wants to be a writer and she starts writing a blog/social media about signing up for a fitness app that doesn‘t focus on weight loss, just getting healthier. She meets Wes, her trainer, who is also the CEO of the company. There was a lot happening in this book and I loved it.

Good audiobook

I really enjoyed this Rom-com about a plus size writer joining a health app for work and finding herself and love. This is overall very body positive and sweet. I am definitely a fan of this author and look forward to more of her work. 4.5⭐️

As a person who is constantly trying to be a runner I loved this book! It was also cute story. I'm always looking for fitness journey novels.
