pickIt's a pick, though not a highlight. Lovely heroines and interesting fairy tale retellings make this a good book for a younger audience. I especially loved how the author adpoted the topic of disablement into the plot.
The world builing had a bit too much of everything in it, which means that not all ideas could fully develop and sometimes the backgrounds lacks some depth.
