Small Great Joys

This week is all about food in Florida.
1. Coconut Jack‘s for coconut shrimp with raspberry Melba sauce.
2. Cafe Gourmand for a lemon crepe followed by an apricot crepe.
3. Harpoon Harry‘s for the shrimp Hawaiian salad with coconut creme dressing.
4. Thrilled to find Miss Mae and her coconut cake at the farmers market. Obsessed with coconut this trip!
5. Super fun air fryer in our condo, plastic, easy to clean.

1. Read the top two. Can‘t wait to get to the rest of these!
2. Are these the most amazing looking lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes?? Couldn‘t finish half even sharing with a friend.
3. New nail dryer. Have wanted one of these since Covid started.
4. Started new 1500 piece jigsaw puzzle. Not looking at the picture which makes it super hard.
5. Watched the movie “The Critic”. Highly recommend.

1. Meeting son in Austin next weekend for spur of the moment trip.
2. Crazy car covered in Xmas lights!
3. Books to read, excited about the Chris Whitaker as I loved All the Colors of the Dark. Also looking forward to a book from my swap buddy, Char.
4. Really liked this Heath bar apple pie. Leaving last piece for the husband.
5. Got my Prolia shot for healthy bones!

Pork BBQ recipe: Put a Boston Butt in the slow cooker. Dump a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce over it. Cook on low all day. Shred and put on a hamburger bun. Add more sauce if desired. Enjoy!

RedxoHearts I'm glad they were able to remove it. Not too long ago we had a run in with one at my front door. It's lucky none of the dogs or me stepped on it before I noticed. 10mo

julieclair @dabbe @Deblovestoread @kspenmoll Yeah, it was pretty scary, because he didn't see the snake - just felt it and saw the fang holes and blood - so he didn't know until he got to the hospital and they could test it. Ugh. 10mo
