22 #102 A new series. Not bad. Not 100% convinced I will continue. Might be a nice fall back. We shall see.

Finished this one today. I love the way Ashley Clark weaves her stories together so that the characters from one book support the characters of the next. This book touched my heart as did the first one: The Dress Shop on King‘s Street. There‘s another coming soon! #102 #BookSpinBingo July DS and #25 August #BFC21 #4 #TAILSandTALESforADULTS #29 #SERIES2021 #AwesomeAugust #THEROUALREADATHON - Abu #HSREADATHON

#102. Almost 42 years old and I still never get tired of seeing pretty pictures of unicorns. 🦄

keys_on_fire I‘m with you, and close in age! I actually collected unicorns as a tween 😆 3y
Scochrane26 I love unicorns! I work with kids, so their trends tend to rub off on me. Lately, it‘s been sloths. 3y
AlaMich @Scochrane26 I work with little kids too...are llamas passé now? I feel like llamas were the big thing not too long ago. It‘s hard to keep up! ? 3y
Scochrane26 @alamitch I think llamas are still in. 3y
Scochrane26 @AlaMich I think llamas, unicorns, & sloths are all in. 3y

#102 of 2020. I loved this book! The story drew me in from the very beginning. I love the characters, specifically Red, Jeran and Talin. This is a dystopian that doesn‘t really break a lot of new ground in that regard, but it is a really good story. Probably one of my favorite books this year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mormon fundamentalists, Idaho, Evel Knievel (but is he or isn't he?), coming-of-age, and jackrabbits (oh dear).

(quarantine book #102, read a book with a one-word title)

SamAnne Shawn is a local writer and newspaper columnist. Great guy. I highly recommend his short story collection Godforsaken Idaho. 3y
Brooke_H @samanne Oh wow! I really loved this book. He‘s an exceptional writer. 3y

#102 of my year and I have read only 2 other books by this author and really liked them. I‘m on a huge thriller binge lately so this one will definitely keep me up reading past my bedtime 🤓 I‘m listening to Weight by Crywolf♥️

#102 of my year! I‘m on a roll but also the first sentence had me hooked! I have heard so many great things about this one & it was part of an old Owlcrate subscription box so I definitely look forward to checking it off my TBR list.

Caffeinated_Reader Omg that was perfect. James the hobo not hobo is perfect. He is a character that will stay with me. The whole book pulls you in and sets a quick pace. It‘s a very interesting and exciting storyline and a must read! All the hype is right! 5y
