alisiakae I definitely agree with some of these that I have read: Henrietta Lacks, Just Mercy, and Trevor Noah. Maybe Beautiful Forevers, too. I need to do my list. 4y

TEArificbooks I haven‘t read all of these, but I personally love The Lost City of the Monkey God and Killers of the Flower Moon and The Feather Thief. 4y

Soubhiville I completely agree with two of these I‘ve read- Born a Crime and Hunger. Now I have to add a bunch to my TBR 😁. I‘m going to think about my top 10 lists, but I‘m not sure I can narrow it down that much! 4y

Hooked_on_books Man, that‘s going to be tough! It could take me a while. I‘ve read 7 of these, all excellent. Just Mercy, Evicted, and Hunger are all likely to make my list. 4y

TrishB I‘ve read 3.5 😁 (good for me!) and have one on the pile! Members of Henrietta Lacks family were at my uni a few weeks ago for a conference on ethics and data! 4y

Lindy Nice list! The five of your choices that I‘ve read were 5-star reads for me: Behind the Beautiful Forevers; Immortal Life; Evicted; Trauma Cleaner; and Hunger. So hard to choose a top ten. 4y

Cinfhen I know!!! I tried to choose books that taught me something, interested me and stayed with me @Lindy @Soubhiville @Hooked_on_books but it‘s REALLY DIFFICULT to settle on 10! 4y

BarbaraBB Great list, although I don‘t read much NF. I loved The Trauma Cleaner and hated Hunger. I‘ll have to think of my fiction top 10, while falling asleep 💤 too! 💕 4y

Bookwormjillk @Cinfhen I looked at my list and I only had 8, but then I added Unbroken so I‘m up to 9. 🤪 They are Outliers, Destiny of the Republic, Bossy Pants, The Power of Habit, Pat and Dick (about Richard Nixon), Glitter and Glue, Sally Ride, and Save Me The Plums. 4y

alisiakae I think I need to separate out memoirs for their own category, none of them ended up making my Top 10 (working on posting now!), but I read some excellent ones. 4y

Cinfhen I know!! It was hard to separate the memoirs because there have been so many in the last 10 years @4thhouseontheleft but Born A Crime just stood out for me🙌🏻 4y

BookNAround I‘ll eventually do thins @Cinfhen but I have 3 more nonfiction books I‘m hoping to read by the end of the year and I don‘t want to choose prematurely in case one or all of them are amazing. 😉 4y
