I freaking loved The Way of Kings, but I loved this even more. This follows right after the first book. There was a lot of oh crap moments, some plot twists, humor, and just a lot of character growth. Soooo good. Pick this series up!!!

Another amazing edition to this epic series! Brandon Sanderson has really assembled a fantasy masterpiece here. Everything is thought of. Everything connects. And the world is just so detailed. I loved it! Cannot wait for the fifth book — and final for these characters — to come out! Definitely going to need to do a nice big read through beforehand.

Also, I just really loved how much spren we got in this one!

Christmas haul this year was a good one! I‘m mainly a fantasy/sci-fi reader, looking to add a bit more flavor this upcoming year. Also got the #kindleoasis and loving it so far starting reading #Elantris by Brandon Sanderson on it. It‘s the only Sanderson book in the #cosmere I haven‘t read yet. Spy Penguins is the books my 8 year is falling in love with reading over and Wing feather saga is my reads to him!

This YouTube video gives a primer on the world of Roshar, where the Stormlight Archive is set. Very, very cool.

One of the many personal disappointments of 2020 has been my reduced attention span. I was so excited for book 4 when it was announced and now? Too much work!

But this video has fanned the spark... If you‘ve been thinking about reading the series, this will help!

As a #Cosmere nut this novella was just up my alley! The implications of Sanderson‘s universe are huge! This novella delves into living with disabilities like very few novels I have read do, let alone fantasy. The Lopen gets a great character study here as well. Can‘t wait for #StormlightArchive 4

This was my first Brandon Sanderson and I really enjoyed this complex and interesting read. I loved the magic system, the political intrigue, and the characters. The only issue was that it left me wanting more! 4.5 out of 5 ⭐

I have to admit, it took me a lot longer to become emotionally invested in this one than other Sanderson books I've read, but everything came together beautifully. By the end, I was ready to start over to pick out all the little clues I missed along the way. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I love Brandon Sanderson. #cosmere #fantasy #magic #sandersoncosmere #fantasticworldbuilding
