pickThe MSW vibes are strong in this one with Vera finding herself smack bang in the middle of a very strange case - a wife claiming that her husband has been murdered… but he‘s standing right next to her, looking rather alarmed. While most seem content to believe that Dorothy has had a break with reality - Vera feels that something is not quite right & investigates. I listened to this in a day, couldn‘t wait to see if I was right about what happened!

This series is so much fun! I have a physical copy somewhere, but I'm trying to re-organize all of my books... which means I can't find most of them at the moment.
pickThis Christmas novella is part of the Follet Valley cozy mystery series, which is set in France. Richard is a Brit who loves classic movies & runs a fancy B&B in the Follet Valley. Valérie is a bounty hunter of sorts & they team up to solve murders. This one is reminiscent of an Agatha Christie house party murder mystery without the murder. Fun & cozy & perfect for this time of year. 80 points.
