so-soI didn‘t love it, I didn‘t hate it. It was meh. Honestly, my favorite characters were the cats.
panI don‘t even know how to begin to review this book. The main character was unlikable, the writing was terrible... I thought about DNFing this book multiple times. It marginally improved in the last third of the story, but it was not enough to give the next book in the series a chance.
Since I‘m more than half way through this book, I‘m going to see it to the end. There have been several times I considered DNFing it.
Took alllllllll the goodies to work today and they helped me through a long long parent teacher conference day. 😴 #teacherlife is too much sometimes.

panI tend to like cozy mysteries, but not this one. The main character, Krissy, wasn‘t very likable or believable, and the plot and supporting characters lacked depth. There‘s a book for every reader, but this one definitely wasn‘t for me.

panUgh.I literally only read dialogue for the second half of the book. And only read the second half to find out the who and why.Not worth it.
The most annoying MC I‘ve ever read. There is not even enough space to describe how annoying she was, in every aspect of her life she was idiotic. And her cat makes me hate all cats. I don‘t know if it‘s due to a man trying to write a female character or what, but she is just the worst. Unreadable.

Long day, so doing a little #ilovecozies reading in bed. I'm not quite sure about this one - the main character and her motive for getting involved with the murder investigation seen pretty thin - but there's a lot of book left, so we'll see.
bailedI tried, I really did. I was 40% into this, read a couple more paragraphs, and couldn't hang on any longer. Who wouldn't love the setting - a bookstore/coffee shop? But, the main character and her cat (sorry, cat lovers!) were way too annoying for me. Maybe someone else will like this series because it looked so promising! 📚☕️

pickI loved this book! I enjoy #cozymysteries a lot. This one actually also kept me guessing until the end. I was totally surprised!

pickA fun but predictable murder mystery. Quick read with a little humor but defiantly unrealistic. I did enjoy the characters so much I bought the second book, can't wait to see what fun it holds!
