Hoping to finish my #BookSpin #DoubleSpin books this weekend.🤞I've been in a reading slump the past 2 months. This year I added a new “rule“ to help me finish more books for the challenge & scale down my #TBR. Once a quarter I allow myself a swap of the picks with another one from my list that month if I am really not feeling the chosen one. That way I'm still reading off my planned TBR list. I loved Nora Webster, so I expected to enjoy this more. Unfortunately I got really bored with it and stopped at about 70%, but I‘m going to try the movie to get the end of the story. I know bookworms, possibly a bit taboo, but I‘m just not into the book.
This is my mom‘s Zoey. She‘s staying with me while Mom travels for the holiday. Yes she has yogurt on her face😆. She‘ll be having a bath tomorrow.
Here is my #DecemberTBR last of 2025! A mix of big chunky books and fun light reads. Let‘s end this bleh year strong.

I did not see that reveal coming at the end, and I had to go back and read the last part again to see if what I thought he was doing was what he had actually done! This is a book that would get richer with every reread. I loved Overstory, but just like this one, I wasn't sure until the ending put it over the top. This was November's #Doublespin @TheAromaofBooks

This was for #CBBC I think the book sent was the second in the series but I wanted to read first book #1.
The typical cozy mystery. Here the mystery and plot was related with knitting 🧶 which I don‘t do but it was interesting. The murder was more violent I could say than the typical cozy stories I have read. I already read book #2. 3⭐️
