I was away last weekend and missed this so much. Snack is prepared, tea is ready, and I‘m hoping to make a dent in this book. I was going to read on the front porch, but decided to change into pjs and hide out in the kitchen instead.

As usual, the weekend was too short & another busy work week awaits. 😵😵‍💫

It is literally the perfect reading weather ⛈️💙⛈️, but I‘ve been having the *hardest* time getting into this book. I‘ve been trying for about a week now, and I‘m just stuck in the beginning…. 😩

May need to move on and return when the brain‘s in a more focused place….. 🤔

I‘m drinking pineapple lemonade (it‘s humid tonight) & having some of this lemon cake bomb that I got at the bakery near the bookstore on Saturday. 😋🍋💛

Mood is tired & not ready for Monday at all. I‘ll be heading to Kona very early tomorrow. 😵‍💫

I‘m home, happy, and sunburnt after a very successful field hockey tournament for my daughter. Looking forward to some mint tea and this cozy for #hyggehour

I have so much more to do, but this hour of peace is more important.
