I adore Moomin so I couldn‘t resist grabbing this cookbook for #foodandlit this month. There are cute illustrations and some good recipes. Can‘t go wrong with Moomin! 4⭐️ 50 points 🇫🇮🇫🇮🇫🇮

Taking this last opportunity to post for #foodandlit #Finland in these last hours of December 31st.
I visited Helsinki for a week this November/December and had some very lovely local food (and lots of Glögi 😇) there.
Also bought loads of Moomin books and merchandise 😊

I made pyttipanna (or pyttipannu) using the Moomins cookbook 😁: it's fish, potatoes and onions fried together, and served with beetroot, gherkins and a fried egg. Easy comfort food!
(French readers will notice a spelling mistake on the page 🙄)

I‘m excited to have Jace join me again for #foodandlit this month. I adore Moomin so this was the perfect opportunity to introduce him to Jace. I used to be very involved in Postcrossing & loved receiving Moomin cards from Finland. All of these were adorable, especially Moomin & The Favourite Thing.
