The author talks about how so many people disregard learning about sleep - and disregard the act of sleeping as important to our health! - and it‘s damaging us. Also, there‘s a lot that doctors and scientists don‘t know yet about sleep! It‘s such a vast topic. 6y

Donna_sBookMinute @Gezemice -- if you're talking about smutty books, neither do I. But I've covered books about religion, spirituality, racial issues, etc., just to keep ignorant people from saying dumb stuff like, "What'chu readin'?" 7y
