AsYouWish My favorite is The Secret by Julie Garwood. It always reminds me of summer and the first time I read it was in the summer, July 4th to be exact. 5y

Geeklet @AsYouWish It‘s pretty cool. It‘s a streaming service with documentaries. It‘s mostly science and history but there‘s a decent variety for the price. I‘m not exactly sure who owns it but it‘s super affordable. I think I pay like $3 a month for it as an Amazon Video Channel. 5y

AsYouWish As much as I love a hero, I would want to be a villain. They have better storylines and they get away with a lot more. Plus how awesome are their outfits? As for my origin story, depends on what the story is about, but let‘s go with...I was a normal girl, a witch cast a spell on me making me evil. I was able to break the spell, but then realized I liked being bad, so I went back to the life of crime. I may also be in love with the hero. Who knows? 5y

wanderinglynn But really, it depends on who‘s writing the story as to whether you‘re a hero or villain. I like villains who are complex with a fascinating backstory that shows one does not necessarily start off being “evil.” 5y

AsYouWish Mine has changed over the years, as a kid I loved Catwoman, as a teen it was Two-Face, as a college student it was Scarecrow, & now as an adult it is The Riddler. Today it is the Riddler because as a fan of Gotham, I loved his origin story & his way of outsmarting everyone. Plus I loved his relationship with Penguin! He is charming & has a way of making you see things his way! 5y

madamereadsalot1 @AsYouWish mine has always been The Riddler, followed closely by Catwoman. The Riddler, because his intelligence, goofiness, and he's always just looked cool in my opinion. And Catwoman, simply because she and Batman have the best dynamic. 5y

DaveGreen7777 I‘ve always had a soft spot in my heart for The Riddler. Admittedly, he is the very epitome of a “gimmick” villain, but the brilliance of the Riddler‘s gimmick is that it requires some extra creativity on the writers part in developing his schemes and clues. Other villains can sometimes be marred by unimaginative writing (even the Joker was reduced to being defined by his brutality in the late 80s), but the Riddler guarantees a story worth reading 5y

DaveGreen7777 @Meaw_catlady Before Neil Gaiman wrote Sandman, he wrote two of my favorite Poison Ivy related stories of all time. One is a revamp of Ivy‘s history from the Secret Origins series (this was reprinted in the “Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader” TPB), and Ivy also played a minor but memorable role in Gaiman‘s Black Orchid miniseries (Also reprinted as a TPB). They‘re definitely worth seeking out if you haven‘t read them already! 😀 5y

AsYouWish @DaveGreen7777 I have always found The Riddler‘s riddles clever and I commend the writers for how creative they had to be and I know with Gotham sometimes I would pause it to see if I could figure out the riddle before it was revealed, I often failed! Thanks for playing!! 5y
