Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West | Gregory Maguire

Maguire does a lot of #retelling books. I loved the musical #wicked and I liked the storyline in the books but some of it was just a bit too weird for me. I have the other book #sonofawitch but couldn't find it. 😂😂#sizzlinsummerbooks

Ke633 It was ok.. I don't really like his writing style.. I feel like everything is left unresolved and a little too weird for me..if you liked the others you'll like this one.. I finished the series a few years ago though so they might be better than I'm remembering 7y

Ke633 @jess7 Exactly! There are scenes like that in all of those books but I love the musical so much I wanted to finish the story. I reread the first one every once in a while but the others I haven't picked up again. 7y
