I decided to re-read this one for the ‘X‘ slot on my #LittensAtoZ list and ended up enjoying it quite a bit. In fact I‘m now contemplating re-reading the whole series next year. I like how in the last few books Grafton seems to be building up to a grand finale. We will never know the ending, but I bet it was a great one. I also loved the B plot in this one with the pushy neighbors. It made me laugh a few times knowing what was coming.

TiredLibrarian I remember this series as being pretty groundbreaking when it came out: the single female PI wasn't common in 1982. As with any long series there are stronger and weaker entries, but I loved Kinsey. 3y

Finished the tagged last night and I really liked it! Wagtail sounds like such a fun place to live with their pet catered everything! This one took place at Halloween so it‘s perfect for #scarathlon2021. I also watched 2 episodes each of A Haunting and Most Terrifying Places in America yesterday.
