Ok so this morning I‘m drinking coffee and waiting till it time to wake up my son and dress him and I‘m reading chapter 5 and at the end I teared up.. mind you it‘s 6:45 in the morning m.. was it too early to read this book or am I gonna cry while reading this book.. I don‘t want any spoilers but I wanted to be prepared if I‘m gonna cry #THUG#THEHATEYOUGIVE

I finally have some quality time to crack open a book on this holiday break! School time is unfortunately too hectic to sit down and read, so now I‘m making up for some lost time.📚 #TheHateYouGive 👟#HolidayRelaxation 😌

FANTASTIC. Although, it took me quite awhile to finish, I LOVED the message and how our 👑 Starr fit into it all. An eye opening novel about police brutality and other social issues, The Hate You Give is something I feel all people should read to give perspective and insight. I can‘t wait to see it brought to life on the big screen ❤️
