Ordered a couple #books from my #netgalley #tbrpile and picked them up today! Just realized that I didn't get The Little Red Wolf rip. In addition to all this I got the #manga sweetness and lightning, which I've heard good things about and the TV series #avatarthelastairbender! pickWhat a book. Did not expect it to end the way it did with all the twist and turns but the loyalty throughout is amazing. I really enjoy the different POVs even though I know it‘s not for everyone. So different from what I thought would be in this Rumpelstiltskin retelling. If you haven‘t read this do it. And read Uprooted too!

pickI absolutely, positively adored this novel. As she did in #uprooted, #naominovik crafts a brilliant fantasy world, grounded in folklore and fairytales, but not limited by their outlines. Her writing is lovely, but it‘s her strong characters here who shine most for me: each perspective has its moments of weakness and strength, confusion and clarity. I can‘t recommend this novel enough.
And without further ado, July‘s #Uppercase book selection! I was excited to get this book (even though I ordered the UK edition) because it‘ll match my US edition I received as a gift!
