I hit four hours in my #readathon and decided to switch it up - I‘ve got maybe 100 pages left in Joyland and need a little break. Found this on Hoopla and figured I will try it even though it‘s way late for #WeveGotIssues

Interesting take on Sherlock Holmes. I really liked how they did the Royal family. It was a good read, with good art. Good choice @GrilledCheeseSamurai !
#WeveGotissues
This story is based on Sherlock (title and mystery are based on A Study in Scarlet) and Lovecraft‘s Cthulhu (the old ones who are well known and even in the public eye), without ever stating those names. I loved this graphic representation of a supernatural mystery.
Everyone still has time to grab this for #cbbr! #WeveGotIssues
Wow, the artwork! #cbbr #WeveGotIssues
Another interesting pick for #WeveGotIssues #CBBR. I really enjoyed this mash up of Sherlock Holmes and HP Lovecraft. Not a huge fan of the art, but I liked the story. Victorian Royal Family question in the spoiler comments, if anyone has any insight it would be appreciated. 😘
Haaaallo #CBBR friends! With summer being so busy and vacationy #WeveGotIssues decided to take July off. We're back for our August pick & its a first time for me where I haven't actually read our choice beforehand.
Kinda hard to go wrong with Neil Gaiman though! ❤️
I'm so excited to dig into A Study In Emerald and hope that y'all can join in & post pictures and thoughts as you read it this month! Discussion post will be Sept. 2nd.
@TricksyTails
I totally spaced on reading this and on the July 1 discussion for #wevegotissues and I just got a notice from my library that it‘s now overdue! I‘m going for try to get most of it read tonight so I can bring it back tomorrow.
