There are three generations in our household right now, and I‘m one of the main caregivers. And I intend to be doing some more self-care than I have been in the last year, and be a little more firm in setting some boundaries.

I spent so much of last year stressed over everything. This year, I want to decompress and focus back on the good things in my life and stop worrying about everything else. I want to be happy and hopeful again.

My words are Safe and Inspire. The word safe for the obvious: COVID-19. I'm going to survive COVID-19, so many have not and will not survive it. I'm touched by the humanity right here on Litsy, compassion too. And Inspire, well I just couldn't be without it. So many of you and the whole world inspire everyday and I thank you.
