I started [The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue] on Kindle when it came out but I lost interest. Weeks later, I got it on Audible... still wasn't captivated.

I know some books just won't do it for you and that's OK, but I like Schwab so I want to try again (+ I know someone who likes it).

Also, I got this special edition for my birthday back in December and it's not cheap, lol.

I‘ve had The Killing Moon by NK Jemisin on my wishlist for the longest time…it would‘ve been the perfect choice for this song 😭😭
But after doing some research on the true meaning of the lyrics, I figured I‘d go with a novel about chasing after life. I went with this polarizing book! People either love this or hate it…which one are you? 😊

Okay I have to admit that I switched from kindle book to audiobook after a few chapters because I wasn‘t in the “reading” mood. BUT THIS book right here is amazing and the narrator is fabulous. Hands down, one of my favorites this year. Highly recommend!

I‘m still trying to let this book sink in. It was was a lot, but it was really good. I loved the premise, especially the whole “old gods” thing. And I really loved and related to Henry. The ending wasn‘t bad, I was just left a little bit disappointed. I don‘t know, it was just different than I thought it would be.
