The last few stragglers for my #expandedDT tour. I kept finding Desperation, but of course, I was insisting on having them both in the same edition. Finally picked up Desperation at the library sale succumbing to the idea that I wouldn‘t find The Regulators (because I‘m not into ordering it for $35).
BUT 2 days after buying Desperation, I came across The Regulators at Value Village for $5 👏

pickThis started stronger than it ended, but still a completely enjoyable read. I flew through this chunkster quicker than I‘ve gotten through anything else this size.

Even though I have these two amazing, massive volumes my sister snagged for me a book sale, I've been reading #GreatExpectations on #SerialReader because every time I open the big beautiful books I get sidetracked by all the foot notes and get absolutely nowhere!! But today I had a #litpiphany: I could dip into each section after I read it on Serial Reader and reward myself with fun facts and beautiful pictures!! So happy!🤓 #booknerdthrills
