A little update on the kids. There with mama and they met the rest of the herd (27) today. They're both nursing, running and playing like little maniacs...exactly what we wanted to see today ❤️ This was her first kidding and she's doing a fantastic job.
It's one boy and one girl, any ideas for names???

Not book related and I'm so sorry. Hubby brought these little cuties home a few days ago and they now have a forever home of peace, great food & treats and a whole lot of love❤️ The Mama goat and I instantly clicked and she lets me rub my hands all over her...that's a good sign🤙

I went apple picking and I bought the farmers‘ new book and the farmer lady signed it for me and she let me hold her cutest, tiniest baby goat in the world!!!! ❤️🐐❤️🐐 Then I went home and made @MinDea ‘s apple cake recipe and it‘s wicked good! (pic looks sad, but I swear it‘s good) #fall #goatsoflitsy

I only finished this one because I once raised a baby goat named Waylon, (pictured, sleeping on a bench where I worked because he followed me everywhere) which was also the name of a goat in this book.
