When I saw this on #goodreadsgiveaways I knew it would be right up my alley, gilded age NYC, Cartier, an infamous diamond!! And it was a fast read and all I hoped for 4 of 5 stars. Release - Jan. 28, 2020

I love #bookmail and this cover 😍 A big thank you to #harpercollins and #goodreadsgiveaways !! I am so excited to start reading this.

Reggie I‘m a horrible fan, I had no idea she had a new one out this past year. I‘ll have to check this out. Sister of My Heart and Vine of Desire are my favorites of hers. 2mo
Maude @Reggie , I'm glad to hear that, this is my first time reading her. The cover caught my attention and then the description was so good. 2mo

This book was interesting because it spanned such a large amount of time in a very short book. The characters fell a little bit flat for me which made a bit of the book slow. This was good, just not great for me. #goodreadsgiveaways

I won both of these from Goodreads this month. So exciting! I went for years without winning one and now that I am entering these giveaways regularly, they‘re starting to come in. I have two more coming! Yay! #goodreadsgiveaways

I liked this mystery. It had a good amount of suspense and twists and an interesting plot. I feel like the main character was frustrating and hard to get into, but I still enjoyed the overall story and how it came together. #goodreadsgiveaways

I feel like the author of this book tackled a really tough topic and I find that extraordinary. With that being said, I think I wanted this to have more actually feeling and a little more information to back her up in some of her claims/ideas. Overall, the idea really was excellent, I just needed more. #goodreadsgiveaways

The interesting thing about this book is that it was written from the end back to the beginning. It is definitely unique, but in some places hard to follow and a little bit dry. The characters were really written well and believable as teens and it was interesting concept. I just didn‘t love this one. (my cat is my reading buddy for the day) #goodreadsgiveaways #catsoflitsy

I‘m glad that this book was super short because I honestly didn‘t like it. It was all very the place and it just took too long for things to come together. It was superficial, which was intentional I believe, but it felt like it really had no depth or satisfaction in it. Just not a fan of the writing or the content. #goodreadsgiveaways

This was a great thriller. The female main character made me think of a mix between Stephanie Plum and Lisbeth Salander. Super strange to put together, but it worked. Lots of twists and sub plots. This was anything but dull and I really liked how it all came together in the end! #goodreadsgiveaways
