I‘ve enjoyed every Jen Sincero book I‘ve read but I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a kickass year in 2021. It focuses on setting goals and also implements a 21 day process to achieving that goal through establishing healthy, achievable habits. It definitely is a great read for setting and creating new and healthy habits for yourself year round. #badasshabits #jensincero

Did a little immersion reading with this one based on a recommendation by my sister. It‘s fun to listen to the author read and there‘s some really valuable wisdom in this. I want her as my friend.
