#SpringSkies Day 6: While there are quite a number of sibling-themed books, only a few really explore #Twins. I think Andrew would be more objective in answering these for me--and I'm curious to hear what he has to say--but I'll try my best to answer the prompt to the best of my ability. 😁

1. I relate to situations and things people say by responding in movie/TV quotes.
2. I laugh a lot. In fact, I laugh even when I'm in pain.
3. I often physically act out dreams while asleep.

I think the cover & title are awful, but I actually loved learning more about the enneagram in this book. It's full of humor & hard truths & helped me understand some of my own challenges & others' choices better. The structure worked well introducing each type & explaining how their childhood, work, relationship, etc. can be affected by their type. It wraps up each one w/ a list of ways they can work on spiritual growth & healthy decision making.

I‘m new to learning about the enneagram and this was a great introduction.
It really is a joy to spend time thinking about the different types and where you and your people fall over the 9 types. I found it very interesting and will probably continue to think about it for some time.
The only problem I had with it was that I would‘ve preferred the spirituality parts to be spirituality without Christianity.

Finished for the Leadership Foundation 101 class I teach. Overall an interesting read & a pick. In a class of 16, the group found value in learning about their own tendencies (I‘m an Obliger who leans to Rebel), how they respond to internal & external expectations & how to work with differing tendencies. Although Rubin‘s data doesn‘t appear to be thoroughly tested/vetted, it makes sense & is another good tool to have + it‘s a fairly quick read.

Really interesting but I think there could have been a bit more depth.

I read because it keeps me grounded….
My mom and my bumpa were huge readers and I saw that when I was growing up…
I read any chance I get!
