The Brutal Telling: A Chief Inspector Gamache Novel | Louise Penny

I had a visit from the #LitsyMigraineClub last night. I haven't had one in months, and it caught me off guard. So, today I'm just laying on the couch reading while Little Man has a movie day. My whole body hurts, and, being pregnant, there is very little I can take to help. So, lots of rest and #readingtherapy is my best medicine. At least it's a good excuse to be totally lazy today!

Smangela Ugh! Migraines are awful! I use peppermint Young Living essential oil, have you ever tried using oils? I turned to them a lot while pregnant, since like you said there is so little you can take! Feel better!! 7y
